Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Thank you for choosing me as your hair professional and/or makeup artist. Iโ€™m so grateful to have you as a client and I look forward to creating an exceptional experience for you. To ensure the smoothest possible process for both parties, I kindly ask that you abide by the following rules when booking your appointment with me. *** Deposits, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy *** -All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done with at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. -Cancellations not made within 48 hours of the scheduled time โ€” regardless of the reason or circumstance, including emergencies โ€” will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost. -Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through our website or by texting 281-546-8310 with your first and last name. **Please note that email is not an accepted form for altering appointment details. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your service total at checkout. Once a deposit is made, it is NON-refundable and finalized. You may reschedule your appointment one time using the same deposit, as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule again after that first change, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Please plan accordingly and be mindful when booking to avoid losing your deposit. **No-Show Policy** - If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 80% of the total service cost and will be unable to book in the future if no communication is met. **Health and Safety** - If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. I prioritize the health and safety of all clients and myself. By booking an appointment, you agree to the requirements and rules stated above. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and look forward to providing you with an extraordinary experience. Forms of payment Forms of payment accepted are Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App and all major debit cards. All card transactions are required to pay a 2.6% fee to utilize that service. All other forms of payment arenโ€™t charged an additional fee. PSA TO COLOR CLIENTS: Services are charged by the hour and itโ€™s based on your length and thickness. When booking your color please kindly use my phone number listed above to send pictures of your current hair color and length along with any inspiration photos. Also be sure to answer ALL questions when requesting your appointment. Feel free to send over any other details with your images and I will get your appointment set up as requested if available.
